SpiTime - Accounting, validation workflow and reporting on worked hours in eGroupware
Objectives: allocation and reporting of working hours, workflow leave requests in eGroupware
The module "Spirea-Time" (SpiTime) allows users to create and validate records of hours of attendance, absence and assign them to projects, categories, etc..
Depending on user rights, hours can be entered by another user, and then validated by managers and approved by the HR. The timesheets are then to be imported into the payroll or management control tools.
SpiTime includes a workflow to manage the life cycle of these records with strict management of access rights.
