SpiAdmin - Applications to manage accounts & rights in eGroupware
Objectives : simplify and delegate the management of accounts and access rights in eGroupware
The SpiAdmin module is accessible for administrators and group managers. It allows to quicky create and modify user accounts and access rights.
This module allows to do in some clics what might take minutes with the legacy admin application.
Account creation and modifications by the group managers
With SpiAdmin, actions of creation/modification/deletion of accounts or password changes might be delegated to group managers who may only access their own group without accessing egroupware admin module or having access to other accounts.
Simplified management of the group ACL and applications rights
Just one click to view and edit access rights groups on all egroupware's modules
Quick edition of intra-group rights
For instance:
- a member of the group DIRECTION will be able to edit the calendar of any member of the groupê DIRECTION ;
- a member of the group INFORMATIQUE will only have view access on the other member of the group INFORMATIQUE.
- the inter-groups ACL continue to be managed with the admin module..
