SpiNDF : expenses reports worfklow in eGroupware
Objective : computerization of employees' expense reports
The module "Spirea-Notes-de-Frais" (SpiNDF) allows users to create and validate egroupware expenses reports directly in egroupware.
The expense report may be printed to pdf in order to to attach original documents.
Managers or group managers validate transcripts fees online.
SpiNDF includes a workflow to manage the life cycle of these records with a strict management of access rights.
