"Have I forgotten something today ?", "have you made all monthly tax statements ?", "Who checked the backups today, yesterday or the last week ?"...
You may probably hear these questions very often. Many activities, if not all, have regular small tasks to do every day, week, month or year, to be done either by one operator or one team and to be checked by all...
It is although complicated to build up a task list to be done on different schedules, by different users and on different contexts. Sometimes, the "done" checkbox is enough, but sometimes, you may need to know the actual result of the measure, how the check was made, when and by whom...
The SpiStoric application is a tool to manage recurring tasks in eGroupware. It allows to organize the work so that the small tasks are tracked to be made on time, not before and not after..

Logging events allow to see the input dates and users but also future tasks and late jobs.
Reminders may be configured to automatically send emails to concerned users and managers...
