Scheme of the default recruitement workflow in Spicv

In SpiCV, the applications follow a recruitement cycle that may lead to the hiring of the applicant.

Some transitions are automatic, depending on the elements entered.  For instance, when a meeting it taken, the status changes to "Meeting taken".

 

Some steps follow manual transitions, then depending on the previous status.  It is thus impossible to go directly to "hired" without passing through the previous steps...

All steps and referentials may be changed directly in the software, you may add steps and transitions as you like.
