Objectives
Most PABX or IPBX offer integrated functions as TAPI click-to-call. The use of these function might be directly integrated by the web-browser, but if not, in some cases, it is possible to code the phone call in eGroupware, specifically for each setup...
Concerned plateforms

- Asterisk server with click-to-call, for instance, the solution was coded to enable calling from eGroupware to the Elastix server (Asterisk-based).
How does it work ?
- The connection details are registered somewhere on the users' data in eGroupware (line number, codes, etc.)
- The concerned screens from the Addressbook are modifed to replace the numbert with a function to call this number (still displayed, but clickable)
- At the click, the function "click-to-call" is launched, with the automatic opening of the session on the IPBX..
- Your phone automatically calls your contact...
